Conscious Girlfriend class participants have ranged in age from 21 to 82. Our largest number of participants tend to be in their 50s, 60s and 70s. It is never too late, or too early, for healthy love. 

It's wise not to date before you're ready. The Academy can help you learn what a healthy lesbian relationship really looks like, build your community, and feel more at home in your own skin, so if and when you do want to date, you'll be far better-equipped.  

Yes! We have trained and certified Conscious Girlfriend coaches whom you can hire, many of whom came out late in life themselves. We also offer our Deep Dive: deeply impactful group coaching at a fraction of the cost of 1:1. 

If you are a self-identified woman who loves women, or wants to, you are welcome! Classes include lifelong lesbians, women who are just coming out, and non-binary folx comfortable with lesbian culture, too.

Our members have widely varying life experiences, but our focus on connecting authentically, with conscious, compassionate curiosity, helps all of us see beyond our fears into each other's hearts -- leading many people to feel profoundly safe and at home.    

Academy members come from all over the U.S. and Canada, with smaller numbers coming from 23 other countries, too. All our classes are online, but some members form in-person buddy groups and book groups in person in various locations.
