More than a decade ago, Ruth L. Schwartz, Ph.D. wrote Conscious Lesbian Dating & Love to give our community something we'd never had before: a roadmap for creating healthy, lasting lesbian relationships. 

Today, that book has reached women and non-binary people in 25 countries, and has grown into a school, a community, and an entire body of lesbian relationship education.

Nicki (a.k.a Nick) first found CGA back in 2016 while recovering from a painful divorce. In 2022 she went through our very first Coach Training and began leading our weekly Skill-Building Labs later that year. Nick is an outdoor adventurer, dog lover, and a master coach and trainer in the Concordia University Coach Certification Program. A gentle, incisive coach and group leader, she lives in Toronto, Canada. 

Jen found CGA in 2022 after a series of what she calls "lesbian train wreck relationships."  In 2023, she became our Outreach Director and then a certified CGA Coach. She's also our resident expert on ocean swimming, mangoes, Spanish and Latina outreach, and building lesbian community in South Florida and wherever she goes.
